  • Matching your profile with specific leadership opportunities within our client network.

  • Verifying credentials and references (with your explicit consent).

Your confidentiality is paramount.

  • We do not circulate CVs broadly or indiscriminately.
  • Your personal information is disclosed to potential employers or client organizations only when we have determined a potential strategic fit and, typically, after preliminary consultation with you.
